Four 20 to 30 minute Baby and Me Yoga Classes- designed by a Pediatric Physical Therapist and Yoga Teacher.
Each class is designed to bring gentle movement and strength to baby and caregiver, promote bonding with baby, teach baby massage techniques that can be used outside of class and to provide education on a specific developmental milestone to help promote proper gross motor development.
